Posing

Getting ready for the big senior picture season, I was setting up my little studio yesterday.  Etta was the only one I had around to check my lights on, etc.  So, here she is :).  Cute as a button, huh?  This is week 7 of her wonderful adventure called life.  She is doing pretty great.  Most of the day, she is a easily contented baby.  She has been smiling for a few weeks now.  And she does it alot these days.  I LOVE to watch her burst out that little grin for me!  During the evenings, she gets kind of fussy, so we spend a lot of time rocking, walking, swaddling, etc.  But that's OK - all part of the game, right?  Our biggest battle these days is determining how much she should eat.  Apparently, she doesn't think she needs to eat near as much as I think she should, so we've been battling that out the last few days.  She cries and screams at me when I try to make her, and I fret and worry over her when she doesn't.  Here's hoping this phase will pass soon!!  Oh, well.  I will just appreciate the in-betweens when she flashes me those drooly little gums :).
