Mother's Day I

So my wonderful hubby and kiddos continued our long-standing Mother's Day tradition by treating me and the other wonderful MOMS in their lives to an excellent brunch last weekend.  Kyler and Jon made a killer egg bake and french toast, while Uncle Tim complimented the meal with yummy fruit and mimosas!!  

Braxton, Etta, and I potted some teeny tiny succulent plants for everyone to enjoy.  AND the kids even snuck out the day before to buy my a beautiful hanging plant that is currently sitting on the deck waiting for a hook.

It was so great to get to spend some quality time with so many MOMS, just enjoying our meal, while the boys all took care of the heavy lifting.  It's the one day a year where I really don't have to worry about much :).

Except the weather.  While we were enjoying our wonderful meal, we watched it sleet and SNOW!!  This was the start of what is currently day 5 of rainy, miserable weather.  Blah!  But that's SPRING!!  Bring on the flowers!
