The Boys (and Girl) of Summer

Another Summer of baseball wraps up this weekend. The passion for this game continues to work it's way farther and farther into our family. Both of the boys are PASSIONATE about baseball, practicing several times a week, practicing at home, talking about baseball, watching EVERY Twin's game, planning baseball careers, etc. It is fun to see them with such passion. And it makes me excited to see where they decide to go with this passion. And it is quite apparent that they are passing their passion on to their little sister. Etta started her 1st year of fast pitch softball. She had one game this season, and you can see her big hit on the video! 

Though this crazy sport consumes almost every night of every week May through July, and I've washed more jerseys and baseball pants than I care to mention, I have to said I'm a little sad seeing the season soon coming to an end.
