Go karts
Just a few photos from another summer of go-karting! As you can see, there is one major change - we have a new racer! Etta has joined the Perkins Race Team. She even walked away with a trophy or two! Most of her wins come from having just a handful of kiddos in her division, and those competitors likely spinning out, and her NOT spinning out, because she is going about 5 miles an hour. But, hey, whatever.
Highlight of the summer was when Etta was racing one other little girl, and that little gal's kart stalled out. Instead of Etta screaming past her, she opted to STOP right next to her and so kindly wait for her to get her kart restarted ;). The ladies of the track loved it so much she even received a candy bar for her "sportsmanship". And as you can see, Kyler continued to do great and make lots of headway throughout the season. Dad was very busy running two karts. And, as always, Braxton and I made a very supportive (albeit not very helpful) pit crew!
