Catching the leprechaun

For as long as I can remember, Etta has had a love - hate relationship with the St. Patrick's Day leprechaun. Every year, she wants desperately to catch him, but is scared to death of what he will actually do if he caught her. I do not know how many times I've been asked "Do you really think he is mean?" "Will he really pinch me?" "Will he really take all of my money?"

Every year, her class has made some kind of attempt to nab the bugger. And despite all of her best intentions, she has never actually gotten a hold of him. But this year, St. Patrick's Day came right after the pandemic quarantine, so she was left to her own devices. As you can see, she pulled out all of the stops. And spent hours setting up her trap. But, despite all of her best attempts, and the fact that he left footprints all over and stole her money, she came up empty handed. Again. Until next year, Mr. Leprechaun!
