Family Hike

This last Saturday, we took on the 5 mile North Ridge Trail at Pipestem Dam. We had a BLAST! Jon initially didn't intend on coming, but at the last minute, decided to join us. And it seems that he had more fun than any of us!

It took us about 2 hours to hike the 5 miles. We were confronted with dangers such as gardner snakes, dry branches, underwater trails leading to off-road trailblazing, crazy winds, sunburns, and more ticks than I care to count. But we made it out alive! And better for the experience :).
