Gymnastics

A few months back, Etta had her very first gymnastics meet! Being that she is on the "training" team, it wasn't a scored event, but she was able to receive "ribbons" for each of the 5 events. She received 1 blue for her vault (see the video) and 3 reds for her other events. She absolutely LOVED the experience. She loves spending time with her friends, competing, and all of the frills and fancy that comes with the event. And now that she knows what to expect (I think there was a bit of shock to what was actually going to happen), there will be no stopping her. It's fun to see her starting to embrace her very own events and activities. (And the boys only complained a little about having to spend their WHOLE DAY watching her...)
